This instrument is used to determine the density or relative density of light hydrocarbons including liquefied petroleum gases.

Pressure cylinder made of polymethylmethacrylate mounted in a stainless steel cage closed by metallic plates.The inlet and outlet valves are on the base of the cylinder and on the top there is a third valve for connection with LPG.

The cylinder is equipped with a stainless steel manometer scale 0-400 psi.

The instrument is tested at hydraulic pressure 28 bar.
